FF&E Procurement

Our experienced procurement team will source, negotiate, purchase and install all of your furniture, fixtures and equipment requirements. We have a vast buying network, allowing us to draw from sources ranging from the big name brands to local craftsmen.

Project Management

Over the last decade, we have developed a detailed 13-step project management process to propel your project forward in an efficient manner. Our standard operating procedures, transparent process, and regular reporting allows up to oversee the scope, budget, timeline and installation.

Project Accounting

Our disciplined and focused finance team work with you to develop your budget. If the desired products exceed the budget target, we will work with you to reselect, value-engineer, or phase the project. After the budget is approved, we handle all money transfers and sales tax reporting.

Logistics and installation

Getting furnishings from point A to point B takes a global network. We work with our freight partners, commercial receivers, quality assurance team, storage facilities, and professional white-glove delivery to make sure that we are optimizing the logistics of the project to save time and money.

Our relationships are built on respect, transparency and follow through, which is why clients return to us again and again. Bidding the project, purchasing, tracking and coordinating freight providers, procuring storage, resolving deficiencies, and installing furniture is a complex and laborious job. Through our eight years of experience, we have created a detailed 13-step project management process to ensure that your FF&E procurement phase goes smoothly and any delays or deficiencies are handled efficiently and swiftly.

  • We will schedule a 30-minute call with the project stakeholder(s), architect, or design team to get downloaded on the scope of the project. We can offer initial advice on a realistic budget and timeline and direct the design team on which vendors might be a good fit for the project.

  • Following the consultation, we will send you a contract that outlines the services we will perform for your project. Design firms have the option to select all the products from our brands and have us execute. Or, we can do the design and select all products. We will tailor our approach to your.

DISCOVERY


  • We will review space plans, aesthetic, budget, and timeline to determine brand direction.

  • Let us do the competitive bidding for you. We will reach out to our trusted brands to get the best possible price for your products. We will outline all pricing in our back-end accounting software and prepare detailed pricing package that shows an all-in price.

  • We will present the FF&E cost to you for approval. If all looks good, then we will collect a deposit.

RESEARCH, PRICING and INVOICING


project management

  • Now that all items are selected, we will send out the purchase orders for goods and services. We make sure that our critical eye is double checking all details. One transposed number could mean the difference between the sofa you want and a totally different product that results in lost income and time.

  • Once all purchase orders are acknowledged, we will have a better idea of an estimated installation date. Covid has thrown a wrench in the supply chain, so we will stay on top of our order to monitor delays. If needed, we will switch items to ensure a timely delivery.

    We provide all stakeholders a tracking report every two weeks.

  • We manage all freight from the manufacturer to our preferred receiving facility. Once received, we do quality control so we can rectify any damages in the warehouse before they arrive to the jobsite.

  • Once all items are in, we will have our professional movers install the space. No need for you to lift a finger or break down a box!

  • When ordering at such scale, it is impossible to catch 100% of scratches before the furniture arrives on site. There are also unforeseen damages and accidents that occur during the move. These facts are a part of the process. Just know that we will identify them and resolve them.

  • Whether it is bringing in our local repair people or securing a new item from the manufacturer, we will make sure each item of the punch list is crossed off.


  • Reconciliation of account. We will audit the account and provide you with any final invoice statements for your records.

  • Now that the items are in your space, we want to ensure that they stay looking great. We will provide you with a binder containing pertinent procurement details (items, fabrics, finishes, cleaning instructions, warranties, etc.).
